Tsingtao Beer-Related Business

Bringing Tsingtao Beer to Japan.

In 2014, we took over the Tsingtao Beer-Related Business from the former Mitsukura. Currently, we serve as the manufacturer’s point of contact for business development in the Japanese market. Working in collaboration with Ikemitsu Enterprises Co., Ltd.—which handles imports and domestic distribution—and various other partners, we connect the producers with Japanese consumers through brand initiatives and sales promotions.

Brewing and KOJI-Related Business

Bringing KOJI Technology to Breweries Around the World.

In 2017, this business officially began by providing technical guidance to a Chinese food manufacturer. That same year, we started selling brewing equipment and providing brewing technical guidance. In 2018, we established a subsidiary, “Qingdao Zhonghong Biological Technology Co., Ltd.,” in Qingdao, China. We have since expanded our scope to include technical guidance on soy sauce brewing and the sale of KOJI mold.
In 2022, we established a subsidiary “with KOJI & Co., Ltd.” in Japan, and we are now sharing the culture and technology of KOJI—nurtured in Japan—with the rest of the world.

International Trade Business

The roots of our business lie in Mitsukura Boeki, established in Kobe in 1957. Building on the experience gained through trade with China, the Soviet Union, Vietnam, Cuba, and other countries, we now serve as a bridge connecting Japan with the rest of the world—primarily in the beverage and food sectors—by facilitating the exchange of products, technology, and information. We strive to build long-lasting business relationships based on mutual trust.
