About Mitsukura
Connect people to people, companies to companies, and Japan to the world.
We are committed to standing between them and connecting their respective values.
The three pillars defining Mitsukura.
- 01
KOBE
Kobe is a port city where people and goods from Japan and abroad meet. This globally open environment forms the foundation of Mitsukura’s international business operations and corporate philosophy.
- 02
TRADE
Founded in Kobe in 1957, Mitsukura Boeki expanded its business to China, the Soviet Union, Vietnam, Cuba, and other countries. We continue to value the experience in international trade and the commitment to building trust with our partners.
- 03
BREWING
Founded by the original family, its business has long dealt in food products—such as soy sauce—in Kobe. Inheriting this legacy, we now promote KOJI mold and brewing techniques.
Connecting our history to our current business.
KOBE, TRADE, BREWING
Throughout Mitsukura’s history, these three elements have intertwined, and have now come together to form a single network.

Putting “Connecting”
at the Heart of Our Business.
Mitsukura Corporation was established in 2014, building on the legacy of the former Mitsukura’s Tsingtao Beer business and experience in international trade.
The roots of our business lie in Mitsukura Boeki, founded in Kobe in 1957.
Even across different countries and cultures, paths open up when we maintain an attitude of seeking to understand others and build trust.
This mindset, cultivated through continuous conversations, has been passed down to us and remains the foundation of Mitsukura today.
Today, with a focus on businesses related to beverages and brewing, we serve as a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world.
Whether it’s managing Tsingtao Beer’s operations in the Japanese market or expanding KOJI and brewing technologies overseas, our work bridges the gap between the “passion of the creators” and the “appreciation of the consumers.”
We strive to be a bridge connecting people to people and companies to companies.
This philosophy has continued to shape Mitsukura across generations.
President/CEO, Kojiro DAN
